Cooking Class - Sausage Making 2016

A new year brings new adventures and we're excited to offer this special class for the first time.  Join Chef April Kindt as she teaches students the fine art of sausage making. This hands on class takes you through the entire process from start to finish - cutting, seasoning, grinding, stuffing, cooking and serving.  Students will sample and get to take home the house-made sausage as well as various mustard accompaniments.
