IMPROV 301: The Harold

Wednesdays 6:30pm – 9:30pm

This class focuses on the Harold, the gold standard of long-form improv, featured at both iO and UCB Theaters. Harold provides improvisors an opportunity to learn the basic building blocks commonly used in long-form improv: openings, edits, games, group scenes, and callbacks. Skills learned in earlier levels are critical to forging a group mind and building a spontaneous and evocative piece of improvised theater.

Prerequisite: Improv 101, 102, & 201

Arcade Comedy Theater classes are open to students 18 yrs or older. This class is handicap accessible.

Registration is NON-REFUNDABLE. If you sign up for a class and are unable to attend, please contact us in advance and we may be able to switch your enrollment to a different eligible class. Students looking to enroll in advanced classes (102 & higher) must be able to meet the prerequisites.
