Ride behind a 90-year-old steam locomotive on the second annual public excursions through our historic railroad campus. Open-air spots in our historic rail cars will allow you to hear, feel and smell the sounds of old-time steam railroading - and experience what was commonplace in the days of steam railroading. Each ticket guarantees you a seat to ride on a short hop to yesteryear.
This year we welcome Jeddo Coal #85 to the festival. #85 is a standard gauge, coal burning, 0-4-0 Tank Steam Engine restored by Gramling Locomotive works. The locomotive was built in 1928 by the Vulcan Iron Works for the A.E. Dick Construction Co.
Rides every 45 minutes, beginning at 10am, Saturday September 10th, 2022 and 11am, Sunday September 11th, 2022.
