For only his second official film as a director, Donen was given the opportunity to work with the legendary cinematic dancer, Fred Astaire. For this frothy tale of a brother-sister dancing duo performing in England, the two created one of the most iconic film dance scenes of all time – the “You're All the World to Me” sequence where Astaire appears to dance on the ceiling.
