It’s not really part of the Grindhouse time-period, so we’re breaking the rules a little bit to show this awesome Michelle Yeoh (at the time, Michelle Khan) vehicle. When three cops foil a mobster’s daring midair escape attempt, they set off a chain of events that put them in deadly danger. Yeoh is considered one of the best female stars of Hong Kong action cinema and this, her fourth film, shows off why she could hold her own with Jackie Chan, Jet Li, and Chow Yun-fat.
