Roast: Beach Bonfire

Bonfires on the beach have long been a favorite tradition at The Del and now the toes-in-the-sand, fireside experience has gone gourmet with an a la carte menu of s'mores, charcuterie and more.

Fire pits can be reserved for a one-hour experience, plus add-on menu options (food must be ordered in advance). One pit accommodates up to 8 guests. Fire pit reservations are available for hotel guests and day visitors.

Ghost Roast: October 21 - 31

Gather for a spooky night under the stars. Enjoy your fireside treats and huddle closely around the fire-pit as you experience a paranormal visit from Kate Morgan, our resident ghost. She’ll share her tragic tale and offer your guests a unique insight into her mysterious passing. Fire pits are $200 for a one-hour experience with add-on menu options.

Jingle Roast: December 16-26

Celebrate the holidays with a Jingle Roast! Cozy up by your private beach bonfire with Santa hats and choose from a full menu of roasted favorites from s’mores to fireside franks and more. Fire pits are $200 for a one-hour fire pit rental with add-on menu options.
