REI: Regional Economic Inclusion Summit 2019

About the 2019 Summit
The Summit will examine approaches to diversity, equity and inclusion in our workplaces and how we can come together to ensure that our region’s employers are destinations of opportunity for people of all backgrounds. Woven through the sessions will be the steps we need to take to commit to the work, collaborate to leverage our collective regional strengths, and change our practices and even our mindsets to achieve our shared goal of a thriving, inclusive and competitive Pittsburgh region.

Summit Attendees
• CEOs and other executives come to learn from each other and to find new ways to advance D&I in their organizations.
• This summit is one of the biggest convening of Employee Business Resource Groups (EBRG) in the country. Members, leaders and Executive sponsors of EBRGs connect with one another and share their successes and their challenges.
• Leaders and champions of diversity, equity and inclusion efforts (who may also serve on Diversity Councils or as Chief Human Resources Officers, Chief Diversity Officers, contributors or middle managers, etc.) will learn new practices and gain new insights that they can take back to their workplaces.

Summit attendees will come away with invaluable insights, tools, practices, connections, and knowledge about new trends in diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
