Nova Scotia Wine & Lobster Dinner: Nova Scotia Department of Agriculture and Winery Association of Nova Scotia

A bicoastal celebration of Canadian Wine featuring a welcome reception presented by Mission Hill Winery from British Columbia.

This 1-hour reception is followed by a spectacular Nova Scotia wine and lobster dinner.  The dinner will start with a introduction to Nova Scotia wine including a tasting of four traditional method sparkling wines including rare offerings from Benjamin Bridge, Lightfoot & Wolfville, Blomidon Estate and L'Acadie Vineyards. Then you'll enjoy dinner with a collection of Tidal Bay - Nova Scotia's signature white wine style.  An incredible kick-off event. 

Included: Reception wines (Mission Hill), gin cocktail provided by McAuslan, seminar of 4 prestigious Nova Scotia sparkling wines, oysters, lobster accompanied by a range of Tidal Bay wines and dessert.
