Raman is a blood-thirsty, psychopathic serial killer stalking the streets of present-day Mumbai. Raghav is an anti-hero cop with a coke habit and an appetite for violence. Together their names are an homage to Raman Raghav, the real life serial killer who ran loose in Mumbai until he was finally caught by authorities in 1960s.
