  • 12/05/2020

  • The venue rental rate of $9200 includes the following:

    • 1 additional hour for setup starting when the museum closes at 6pm

    • Up to 1 hour for breakdown following the venue experience



    • 4 guest service members, 2 security staff members as well as an event operational coordinator.




    • 4 hours for the private venue experience in the evening from 7pm-11pm

    • This rate includes access to the entire museum, Labs and all exhibits, AV available throughout the museum (screens/projectors in each room, audio, party lighting on the first floor), museums tables, chairs, a stage, and various pieces of museum furniture. 

    • Up to 3 demos of artifacts throughout the night

    • Cleaning fees/Staffing
