What's PetPop?

PetPOP is the ultimate pop-up photo experience in Los Angeles only for a limited time. Over 15 fanciful pet-themed rooms await your pleasure. Tons of interactive exhibits and photo activations form perfect backdrops for our guests. Look chic in the 101 Dalmatians Room and get your workout on in the World’s Largest Hamster Wheel. Whether looking for a new jaw-dropping selfie, a vibrant Snap, an Instagram moment or a new fun and quirky family portrait, PetPOP has something for all animal lovers! 

No dog? No problem! Celebrate your love of pups by playing with the adoptable dogs we have on site (usually during weekends, subject to availability) or interact with the plethora of other dogs in the expereince! PetPOP is the best way to get your fix of puppy love!

Imagine witnessing a pack of balloon dogs on a group stroll, only to be caught in a downpour of cats and dogs (literally), while on your way to a spin class on the world’s largest hamster wheel?! How about immersing yourself in more spots than 101 Dalmations ever imagined before transcending into an enormous dog bowl ball pit, only to find out that this was only the beginning?

FAQs

CAN I BRING MY DOG?

We admit four-legged guests in limited groups per time slot. Be sure to add a dog ticket to your order so we know you're coming with a furry companion. Please remember to keep your pet leashed at all times through the PetPop experience. Our Brand Ambassadors are here to help you get the perfect photo and video moments with your pet as well, so you'll have an extra set of hands if need be! We encourage a little stroll beforehand for any last minute potty breaks. Either way, accidents can happen, and we understand! We please ask to make best efforts to be equipped for clean up after your pup, as we don’t want them being embarrassed longer than needed.

HOW LONG IS THE PETPOP EXPERIENCE?

It takes approximately 1 hour to explore our pet inspired wonderland, but you’re welcome to stay longer and browse our gift shop and play with the adoptable dogs when our adoption partners are on site!

CAN I REFUND OR EXCHANGE MY TICKET?

Tickets are nonrefundable, but you can follow the link in your original ticket email to exchange times/dates. 

IS THERE PARKING AT PETPOP?

Our limited customer parking fills up quickly, but there are plenty of options for street parking in the area along with multiple public lots on Mateo.

PetPOP is proud to support local animal rescue organizations. We have partnered with these groups to raise awareness and donations to amazing animals that need homes. Best of from every PetPOP ticket supports our amazing adoption organization partners! 

Also, we have partnered with Tags For Hope to bring our customers discounted dog ID tags ($5 off!) that you customize through their website. Keep your pups safe and stylish while supporting no kill shelters across the country!
