WHAT: Colorado Pet Fest

WHEN: Saturday July 28th, 2018 - 10am - 6pm

WHERE: Norris Penrose Indoor Event Center - Colorado Springs, CO

PURPOSE: $3 of every FOX21 News’ Chester the Weather Dog Golden IPA (crafted exclusively by Deuces Wild Brewery) will go directly to the upkeep and beautification efforts of Bear Creek Dog Park. Direct donations to the park will also be accepted.

YOUR PET FEST PURCHASE INCLUDES:

• A $5 ticket, free parking. With each paid human, one pet gets in for free.


• Exclusive Colorado Pet Fest Bandana for your dog to keep and wear time and time again.


• Goody bag gift featuring food samples and coupons from some of our Pet Fest vendors.


• Visit Pub Dog Colorado after the event and present your ticket for one free pint of “Chester the Weather Dog’s Golden IPA” at Pub Dog Colorado. Offer good Saturday July 28th and Sunday July 29th only.

It’s where the dog days of summer, meet the year of the dog - an entire day full of entertainment, shopping, demonstrations, contests, vendors, good food and great beer.

The indoor event center features A/C even in the July heat. Situated right outside the entrance is the “Pet Pit Stop,” a specialized turf area where attendees can briefly step outside to let their pet use the bathroom. No need to leave or walk too far in the heat!

Colorado Pet Fest will feature over 100 vendors with locally handmade pet products including collars, leashes, clothing and personalized gifts. Pet food will be available for purchase with vendors selling healthy, homemade options. 

Contests with prizes will kick off during the the afternoon with categories including Best Trick, Best Bark, Best Kiss and Musical Chairs to “Who let the Dogs out.”

The event is kid friendly, where the little ones can enjoy doggie/kitty face painting, crafts and games set out by some of our vendors. 

Attendees can meet, get an autograph and take a picture with Chester, Colorado’s first and only on-air Weather Dog, from FOX21 News!

After the event, make sure you swing by Pub Dog for the official Pet Fest After Party! Bring your ticket for one free pint of Chester the Weather Dog’s Golden IPA crafted exclusively by Deuces Wild Brewery in Colorado Springs!
