Peninsula Symphonic Band

The Peninsula Symphonic Band is Door County's community band and has been thrilling audiences for 35 years. The 75+ member ensemble includes professional, semi-professional and amateur musicians from all walks of life and welcomes talented high school students as well. The program will be varied and include "Homeward Shores" which was commissioned by the band in honor of its 30th anniversary. The piece was composed by nationally renowned composer Randall Standridge and received its world premiere two years ago.
