Dear patients of Dr. George Sanders,

We are excited to welcome you and your family to the Poverty Encounter exhibit at Children's Hunger Fund!  Poverty Encounter is an award-winning, immersive exhibit that aims to open eyes to the suffering of millions of children around the world.  Visitors learn about hunger, injustice, and natural disasters through sets representing specific areas of the developing world. Each visit includes a hands-on food packing activity, allowing YOU to make a difference in the life of a suffering child.  

All ages welcome! For every guest that attends on Saturday, May 2nd, Dr. George and Mrs. Sanders will be donating $50.00 to Children's Hunger Fund.  Space is limited to the first 150 guests.

Journey into the lives of children experiencing poverty. Hear their stories, explore their world, and share their dreams.  

SCHEDULE

Allow 2 hours for your visit (select your preferred time slot from the calendar on the right).

The Poverty Encounter experience includes a 60 minute guided tour, followed by a 60 minute service activity. We recommend dressing casually and wearing comfortable shoes as there is a moderate amount of walking and standing.
