PAX West is a celebration of gaming and gaming culture featuring thought-provoking panels, a massive expo hall filled with the best publishers and studios, new game demos, musical performances, tournaments, and a community experience unlike any other. If you love games: Welcome Home.

 BADGE MAILING DEADLINE                               


Buy your badges before July 11th, 2025 at 11:59 PM PT to avoid the Will Call line and get them in the mail before PAX West. After July 11th, we will not be able to make edits to your mailing address. Please note that badges will not begin to mail until August. PAX Merchandise purchased with badges will ship together.




 NEW IN 2025: PAYMENT PLANS & FANSHIELD 






Payment Plans: We’ve now introduced the option for fans to pay for their PAX Badges in two installments - one to initially purchase and hold your badges, and a second charge for the remaining amount on July 7th.


FanShield: Buy insurance for your PAX Badges! Purchasing the FanShield add-on when you check out gives you the ability to refund your badges for a variety of emergency situations. Without FanShield protection, PAX Badges are Non-Refundable. For more info, read our FAQs.




 POLICIES & GUIDELINES                                    


PAX West has ZERO TOLERANCE for harassment of any kind. If a person engages in harassing behavior, PAX West Staff will take prompt action in any form they deem appropriate, including expulsion from PAX West with no refund. Our policy applies to EVERYONE at the convention. Exhibitors, Fans (Attendees), Speakers, Guests, Press, Staff, Enforcers, and Security are all subject to our Code of Conduct.


PAX West Tickets are non-refundable (unless you’ve purchased a FanShield add on), non-upgradeable. Merchandise purchased online is non-refundable, except in the circumstance of a faulty product. PAX West merchandise can be picked up onsite. Artist concepts for illustrative purposes only and may not represent the final product.


Children ages 6 and younger are free with a paid adult. Please be prepared to show proof of age on-site. Strollers are not permitted in the Expo Hall at any time, but are allowed in other areas of the show.


PAX West Badges are Non-Refundable (unless you’ve purchased a FanShield add on) and Non-Transferable.
