Chef Kendall Kay was born and raised in Montreal, Canada. Chef KKay specializes in tasting menus with flavors using fresh herbs, spices, hard-to-source specialties of fish, fowl, meat and vegetables, combined with paired drinks and lively discussions to create a memorable and intimate understanding of the dining experience.A self-taught chef, he has been a restaurant reviewer and host of large corporate conferences and banquets. His focus on food, wine and curated life experiences has created many friendships with chefs, winemakers and farmers.
