Tickets are good for the whole event, come for one day or the whole weekend!  Parties of 19 or less may attend together without making appointments, please see important details related to groups below. Tickets are not refundable, exchangeable or changeable and the winery you chose to start at cannot be altered and our events are never cancelled. These events are aimed at audiences 21 and older and are not suitable for children.

During this year’s Pasta & Wine event, enjoy a self-guided tour around beautiful Seneca Lake while exploring the unique, delicious pairings of local wines with homemade pasta dishes at any of the 24 participating Seneca Lake Wine Trail wineries!  Each attendee will enjoy a sample of food served by the winery, paired with 3 modest samples of wine intended to complement that dish best. Each wine tasting ticket holder will receive a souvenir wine glass. If you purchased a non-taster ticket, we thank you for making our events safer for your family and friends! You will be offered a sample of food and non-alcoholic beverages along the way.

Groups during Special Events: Our tasting rooms have individual policies for groups larger than 10 people. Given the nature of the Seneca Lake Wine Trail events, and to keep your experience at each winery as enjoyable as possible, we recommend traveling and attending in parties of no more than 10 people, though this event does allow parties up to 19 to attend together without making reservations. Groups of 20 or more, please call the Trail office to inquire about availability and allow us the opportunity to help make special accommodations for your group: 877-536-2717.

Purchasing Tickets:  Tickets are non-refundable.  Tickets do not include lodging or transportation. Advance ticket sales end by 12:00 p.m. EST the Wednesday before the event weekend.  After that, for events that are not sold out, tickets will be available to purchase at a few designated wineries. Discount codes are not valid for tickets purchased during the event.

You must select a check in winery to start the event.  As the purchaser, you will present your state-issued photo ID (driver’s license) at your starting winery and their staff will have your actual cardstock tickets ready to hand you; only the purchaser (name on the order) can pick up the tickets.  If there is a gift item for the event, you will pick that up as well. Participating wineries will require that you have your actual cardstock ticket before you can begin enjoying this event. Printouts of the confirmation email from ShowClix do not qualify as tickets. Tickets will list the participating wineries along with event parameters and a mini-map on the back.

Each starting winery is given a limited quantity of tickets. If you are planning to attend the event with a group of friends/family/couples, it is important to purchase tickets on one order, to guarantee that all attendees will have the same starting winery. Please remember, bundles of tickets can only be picked up by the person who ordered them.

Sometimes our events sell out, so you should purchase your tickets well in advance of the event itself.

Check-in:  You may check in to your starting winery at any time during the event hours.  You will be given a physical card stock ticket and tasting glass, then offered your first food and wine pairing; non-tasting ticket holders will receive a food sample and souvenir travel mug. Participating wineries will offer 3 modest wine samples to wine tasting ticket holders. Additional tastings are offered at the discretion of each winery. After visiting your starting winery, you are free to visit remaining participating wineries in whichever order you like, at your leisure.

IMPORTANT: PROOF OF AGE: If you plan to consume or purchase alcohol, you will be required to present a valid form of photo ID, showing that you are 21 years of age or older. Each winery is responsible for checking identification, so it is likely that you will be proofed at more than one winery and in fact, it is possible that you may be proofed more than once at each winery (before tasting and then again before buying, for example). Do not leave your ID in your hotel room or vehicle – you must carry it on your person. If you cannot present valid proof of ID, you will be refused service. Please understand that our wineries take this very seriously and they check identification as a requirement of the law, not to offend or inconvenience you. Your cooperation is appreciated!

Hints:  Over the course of our special event weekends, we encourage you to prepare for your time on the Wine Trail by packing some snacks and a cooler. Cheese, crackers, bottled water, and other snacks between stops can help you preserve your palate as well as stay hydrated.

Dogs:  Dogs are welcome at nearly all of our wineries most of the time. However, during special event weekends, we encourage you to leave your four-legged friends at home. This is to ensure the best experience for all. Crowded tasting rooms can become overwhelming for your pooch. Please also respect our event attendees and winery staffers. Some are fearful or uncomfortable around dogs. Please be considerate and thoughtful when deciding whether to travel with your dog in tow during an event weekend.

Visible Intoxication:  The Seneca Lake Wine Trail supports responsible enjoyment of our wonderful wineries. We strongly recommend the use of designated drivers. New York State law prohibits anyone from serving alcohol to a visibly intoxicated person. This has nothing to do with whether you are driving or not. If you are visibly intoxicated, you will not be served. Our wineries reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is in violation of the law or their winery policies. We want to provide a safe, enjoyable environment for all.

If you have any questions about this event or purchasing tickets, please call the administrative office during regular business hours Monday-Friday, 9am-4pm at 877-536-2717 or email 24/7 info@senecalakewine.com.
