All items that are pre purchased online will not be shipped prior to Oz Comic-Con and will be held for pick up at the event. Should you pre purchase your Oz Comic-Con official merchandise online, you will receive additional information a week before the event with specific pick-up instructions. Failure to collect at the event, will mean the purchase of merchandise is null and void and a refund will automatically be issued.
