Oysters & Chandon Memorial Day Boat Party

Celebrate Memorial Day aboard the House Boat party yacht with all you can eat oysters and Domaine Chandon Brut Champagne. The boat will cruise downriver at 3pm with soundtrack set by Brian O'krn & Kevin Topolsky.

Chef Dennis Marron (soon to be opening Merchant Oyster Co  and  or, The Whale) is crackin open a giant chest of oysters for us to indulge on the voyage.  Clearly an oyster fest on a party yacht is the best venue for Chef Dennis to give us a glimpse of what is to come.  The event menu includes:

~ West Coast vs East Coast oysters w Barrel-Aged Hot Sauce & Pickle Pepper Mignonette
~ Conch Ceviche - Bahamas Style
~ Cucumber & Melon Salad
~ Domaine Chandon Champagne (two glasses per ticket)
