Otter Swims

**Otter swims are held all year! The pool is heated during the colder months**

**We are conducting business under COVID-19 phase 2 guidelines. ALL patrons are required to social distance a minimum of 6 feet and will hand sanitize frequently. Masks are optional. Thanks for your cooperation.

Otter Swims
Otter swims, for this section of our animal experience is a truly a moment to remember. The total time including changing clothes, orientation, and meeting the otters is approximately 1 hour. The average time otters swim in the pool is 40 minutes. The number of otter swims are limited so that this remains a very positive experience for them. While in the pool, you are an observer. We do not allow the otters to be held or restrained, both for the safety of you and our otters.

*Participants must be 16 years or older
*Participants are required to sign a waiver before your experience.
*”No shows” and cancellations are non-refundable. Cancellations due to an emergency can be rescheduled when proper documentation is provided. Tickets are non-refundable.
