W. Kamau Bell

Emmy-nominated comic and CNN host W. Kamau Bell delivers incisive, scathingly funny commentary on modern society that will change your view of race, politics and social issues in America. As host of the CNN docu-series “United Shades of America,” Kamau travels the country, offering viewers a rare yet eye-opening look inside the various subcultures of American life. The second season for United Shades of America began in April. He first captured audiences’ attention with his thought-provoking one-man show, “The W. Kamau Bell Curve: Ending Racism in About an Hour,” and later, with his widely praised FX comedy series, “Totally Biased with W. Kamau Bell.” The multi-talented entertainer also hosts the must-listen podcasts, “Denzel Washington is The Greatest Actor of All Time Period” and “Politically Reactive,” as well as the live public radio show, “Kamau Right Now!” Kamau’s book, The Awkward Thoughts of W. Kamau Bell was released May 2nd.

Jarret Berenstein

“Improviser and comic Jarret Berenstein shows us what kind of sharp, observant joke writer he is...” – Matthew Love, TimeOut NY

Jarret Berenstein is a New York based writer, comedian and producer. He has performed at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater, the People’s Improv Theater, and the Magnet Theater. He was awarded a TimeOut NY Critics’ Pick and won Best Solo Show at the LA Comedy Festival. His work as a writer and producer include the viral sensations “Sex and the City for Dudes,” “WhiteFriend,” “Norn,” and “Sponsor a Comedian.” His monthly current events show (Current Events) ran uninterrupted for two years at theaters all over New York City.

He’s performed regularly at Comic Strip Live, Broadway Comedy Club, and The Creek and The Cave. He’s been featured multiple times on the Fox TV show “Laughs” and was TimeOut’s Joke of the Week three times. He most recently performed at the Bridgetown Comedy Festival in Portland OR, the Out of Bounds Comedy Festival in Austin TX, the Young Guns of Comedy Competition, and the NC Comedy Arts Festival.

Wally Baram

Wally Baram is a 19 year old Mexican-Syrian writer/comedian working in New York City. Still very much in the process of growing up, Wally brings a unique perspective on the strange banalities of entering the adult world from someone still very much learning. Jumping between Mexican and Middle-Eastern households during her youth, her work also sheds light on two extraordinarily relevant cultures, as well as growing up with a strong multi-cultural identity. A student at Barnard College of Columbia University, Wally has performed stand-up comedy in Los Angeles and New York.

Collin Chamberlin

Collin Chamberlin is a rising comedian from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He started comedy in the summer of 2013, right before his last semester of college. Since then, Collin has performed at venues including the Arcade Comedy Theater, the Pittsburgh Improv, and Go Bananas. Collin will perform anywhere there’s gas money and a microphone. Just ask him about the high school prom he ruined. Some have described Collin as “relatable”, “adorable”, and “pretty funny.” Since starting his comedy career, Collin has performed with national acts including; Christina Pazsitzky, Greg Warren, Dave Coulier, Owen Benjamin, Taylor Williamson, Jamie Lissow, SNL‘s Kenan Thompson, and had a small role onstage with Martin Short and Steve Martin (this is completely true and Collin will tell you all about it).
