Award-winning actor, Konkona Sensharma, makes her feature debut as writer and director in this Indian dramatic thriller. Taking place in the colonial town of McCluskieganj in 1979, this coming of age story revolves around Shutu, a boy struggling with the concept of masculinity. A family road trip turns south as relatives face their familial issues. This film looks at both the struggle post-colonial societies face in finding their own identity as well as a youngster finding his personal identity.
