On Tap: Ace Hotel Pittsburgh Craft Beer Week

It's Pittsburgh Craft Beer Week, and we're joining the party with "On Tap", a celebration of American microbrewers, hop heads, cask masters and maltsters, featuring a Brewmasters' Dinner Series and Saturday evening jazz sessions.

On Tap: Brewmasters’ Dinner Series
April 18-21 - Doors open 6pm, Dinner at 7pm

Three Course Dinner from Whitfield’s Chef Bethany Zozula & Four Beer Pairings with the region’s top Craft Brewmasters. $50 per person per dinner plus tax and gratuity, or $175 for all four dinners.

Monday: East End Brewing

  wheatberry crackers , artichoke tapenade, pickles,  cheese, honey

  Smoked trout, cucumber relish, salt and Vinegar Gaufrettes, butter lettuce


• 2nd Course - Brett Hop

Tuesday: Grist House

• Starter - Beer TBD
  Deviled eggs, chicharones, aioli


• 1st Course - Camp Slap
  Sausage, pierogi, dandelion, mustard demi


• 2nd Course - Hop Yeti
  Walleye, grilled escarole, tallow, fingerling potatoes, fried garlic, parsley, lemon


• 3rd - Gristly Bear Brown
  Spiced Pecan Pie

Wednesday: Hop Farm Brewing 

• Starter - Blulinerweisse
  Georgian Cheese bread, ramps, radishes, salt


• 1st Course - Hop Farm IPA
  Grilled asparagus salad, gribiche, crisp ham


• 2nd Course - Fuggle
  Smoked chicken, slaw, cornbread, Chili honey BBQ


• 3rd - Fresh Pot of Porter
  Cheese and Chocolate

Thursday: Spoonwood

  Fava beans, grilled potatoes, smoked paprika


• 1st Course - Screaming Danger
  Fried pork rillette, honey mustard, shishito peppers
