Join Harold McGee and MOFAD Executive Director Peter Kim for an intimate conversation about the science of food, cooking, and flavor. McGee is the author of the seminal book On Food and Cooking: The Science and Lore of the Kitchen, and a former columnist for The New York Times. Following the event, stick around for an opportunity to purchase a copy of On Food and Cooking and have it signed by McGee himself.
