ft. Music from Grand Isle Fire Brigade 

About: Join us for the second annual Oktoberfest event in Meriam Park! We’ll be celebrating with BEER, German-inspired food, and music from Grand Isle Fire Brigade. GIFB is a 5 piece band modeled after “The Hungry Five” a group that was directed by arranger Harry Alford, in the 1930s. Their music is rooted in German oompah style, but they also do tunes from Ireland, Spain, Italy, and around the world.

This event will take place on ONE day. We recommend purchasing your tickets in advance in order to guarantee entry! Capacity is limited.

Tickets on sale Thursday, August 18th at 10AM.

There will be German-inspired food available for purchase at the event thanks to Burner And A Pot Catering! 8 different draft beers, both German and local crafts. We’ll also have whiteclaws, wine, soda, and water available for purchase. Your admission ticket does not include food or beverage.

No one under the age of 21 is allowed into the event.

No outside food or beverages.

No outside water bottles.

No backpacks.

No large multi-compartment purses or bags.

No pets are allowed.

No weapons of any kind.

No professional recording equipment – photo, video, or audio.

No illegal substances, drugs or drug paraphernalia.

No smoking.

YES to dancing and having fun.

YES to costumes, lederhosen, and dirndl.
