Prelude, Prologue, Pagliacci (Sunday May 1)

The world premiere of an opera event that combines Leoncavallo’s masterwork I PAGLIACCI with an introduction that entices our audience and introduces this commedia dell’arte play-within-a-play.

An international cast of singers and an orchestra composed of members of the Hartford Symphony Orchestra will perform in the beautiful Hoffman Auditorium at the University of Saint Joseph in West Hartford.  The parking is easy, and the music is wonderful!

Please note that all attendees must be fully vaccinated, and that we will follow all applicable guidelines to protect the safety and health of our community - audience, performers, and staff.  This will include wearing a mask and limited interaction with the artists and staff.
