You may combine Pageant Entry Fee & ALL Optionals but you MUST Register For "THE "I WANT IT ALL" COMBO!!!!

Which includes Photogenic, Prettiest Hair, Prettiest Eyes, & Prettiest Smile for one low price of $80. 

If you are interested in purchasing optionals individually or just want to purchase the entry fee instead of the "I Want It All" Combo then you may add optionals at rehearsal or at check in on pageant night.  There are no late fee's for optional categories. Late fee's only apply to Pageant entry fee.

Northwest Georgia Regional Fair Pageants are open to residents within a 60-mile radius of Calhoun. You must compete in the age division you are the day of the pageant. Winners may not compete for same title. Deadline for EARLY entry is Saturday, September 10^th.  Entries will be accepted at the rehearsals on Saturday, September 10^th

Any entries after the rehearsals end will be charged a LATE ENTRY FEE.

The Northwest Georgia Regional Fair Parade will be held on Saturday, September 10^th.  Parade line up will begin at 10:00 am.  Meet at the city parking lot next to the library downtown.  Contestants must make arrangements for vehicle, if desired you may walk the parade route.  If you are riding in a vehicle please have a sign showing your child’s name & contestant group. Parade is optional and no fee to participate.  Parade begins at 1100.

The Answers to the Frequently Asked Questions…

DRESS; Party, Pageant or Outfit of Choice.  This is a local pageant with no rules on dress, makeup or other accessories.  However please stay within general age appropriate guidelines. 

JUDGING; Contestants will be judged on physical beauty, personality, poise and outfit.  The judge’s decision is sealed and final. Scores will not be released.  There will be experienced judges that strictly judge the contestants and experienced auditors that tabulate all the judges’ scores nightly. They will sit center stage.

ON STAGE; Enter Stage Left, there is 3 standard marked *Stars*, Exit Stage Right. No rules on stage but to have fun

AWARDS; Beauty winner will receive Large Crown, Custom Embroidered Banner, Trophy.  Runners-up will also receive large trophies. Photogenic and Prettiest Category winners will receive a beautiful trophy. 

OPTIONAL CATEGORIES; Photos must be received by rehearsal to be considered. Photos 4x6 up to 8x10, color or black & white and please no picture frames.

TIME; Miss Pageant (17-24) begins at 7 PM at the conclusion of the Miss Pageant the Young Teen and Teen Miss will begin after a brief intermission. Check in no later than 7:00 PM. 

ENTRY FEE; $50 thru rehearsal – Saturday, September 10^th, 12:00 or online-same times apply. Late Entry Fee $75 ANYTIME after 1:00 pm rehearsal. Late entries are accepted on the night of the pageant.
