Excellence in Nursing Awards

Hudson Valley Magazine pays tribute to the area’s top nurses in our May issue along with the 2019 Excellence in Nursing Awards coinciding with National Nurses Week.

This elegant evening honors local nurses who have gone above and beyond the call of duty, selected by a panel of judges. The event features cocktails, a three-course dinner, and an awards presentation.

Criteria for nomination:

• RNs and LPNs (full- or part-time)


• Made a significant impact on patient care


• Gone "beyond the call of duty"


• Demonstrated Excellence


• Shown commitment to the community served


• Achieved life-long professionalism

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSIONS: Friday, January 25, 2019 at 5pm. Extended until Friday, February 1, 2019 at 5pm. 

Important details:

• Hudson Valley Magazine’s Excellence in Nursing Awards Advisory Committee reserves the right to decline a nomination if the nurse does not meet the basic criteria.


• Nomination must be made by a nurses superior


• The first 100 nominations received by January 25, 2019 at 5pm will be accepted.
  


• $100 nomination fee (includes ticket for nominee at the May 8th awards dinner and all recognition materials).


• Digital headshot must be emailed to pr@hvmag.com (3”x 5”, 300 dpi).
