Thank you for riding the North Pole Express.

ALL Passengers of ALL AGES must have a ticket

This is to ensure Santa will have enough treats for everyone

Pick a Date, then a Time and select Get tickets.

Select how many tickets ( If it says 1, that means only 1 ticket is left, all tickets are sold online only )

On the next screen, select a deliver option,

You may either print your receipt or show it on a mobile device at the Check-In counter located in the Concourse of Union Depot, at top of Kellogg entry stairwell. You will receive collectors tickets for every passenger upon checking in for you train.

Please verify emails are entered correctly

Please allow plenty of time to travel, park and walk to the Concourse in Union Depot. We recommend at least 30 minutes. There are many one-way and limited-access streets around Union Depot.  Once you arrive at Union Depot plan on walking – the majestic building covers several city blocks!  Take time to explore the art and history inside the building.
