When you register for an event, you are reserving a slot that determines how much food we purchase and whether or not the event will be held. No refunds, credits or gift certificates will be issued if you cancel less than seven days prior to the event or no show. You can however send another person in your place. We do not provide refunds, credits or gift certificates for events missed as a result of illness, job loss, personal emergencies or events beyond our control.
