NFR Open at the PPOBR - Fri Matinee

The best ProRodeo cowboys and cowgirls from the U.S. and Canadian Circuits, plus National Champs from Mexico are coming to Colorado Springs, Colorado July 9-13, 2024. With over $1 million in payouts, they'll be riding to win. This is where champions and careers are made. The speed, the excitement...there's no better place to be than the NFR Open at the Pikes Peak or Bust Rodeo!

Evening performances take place Tuesday through Saturday, with matinee performances Friday and Saturday! Sell-outs are expected. Grounds open at 10:00 a.m. for the matinee performances and 4:00 p.m. for the evening performances. Arriving early helps avoid the heaviest traffic, and there is plenty to do before the Rodeo with a wide range of vendors offering food, drinks, apparel and other Western fare. Plus there is the PPOBR Fan Zone with fun activities including games, rides, mutton bustin’ prelims and live music, as well as our Beer and Wine Corral for the grown-ups, too! After the Rodeo, even more live music and dancing awaits in the Coors Roadhouse Saloon so plan to stick around and stay late.

Parking – new this year is Premier Paid Parking which is available for $10.00 per spot and must be purchased with your tickets. This space is limited and will sell out quickly. General parking areas are also available on a first-come, first-served basis. And there is convenient, FREE offsite parking with shuttle service (to the Rodeo and back to the offsite lot).
