NamastHay Goat Yoga

Seven Springs, Jen’s Yoga Zen and Have U Herd Goatscaping are pleased to invite you to our inaugural  NamastHay on the Mountain at Seven Springs Mountain Resort!

What is NamastHay Goat Yoga, you say? We practice yoga outdoors with pygmy and full-size goats, and adorable goat kids mingling amongst us. For the first time, the NamastHay Goat Yoga studio will be located on the mountain near Lake Tahoe at Seven Springs Mountain Resort, as part of the Autumnfest Weekend festivities!

Please dress for the weather (sunscreen, hat, insect repellent, etc.) and bring your yoga mat or a towel on which to practice. All levels of yoga experience (even none!) are welcome. This is not a super serious yoga class, but a fun class geared towards celebrating everyone’s favorite season: autumn!
