The Mill Room Bourbon Dinner - “One Batch at a Time”
at the Iconic Mill Room within the Boars Head Resort.
Resort Executive Chef Dale Ford pairs up with Ragged Branch Distillery Owner Alex Toomey to create a multicourse Bourbon Dinner that will tantalize your taste buds and leave you wanting more.
In the Iconic 1834 Room Charlottesville resident expert in Bourbon, Alex Toomey, will discuss the characteristics that create Ragged Branches distinctive flavors on the Hill Side of Ragged Mountain while Chef Ford will craft a pairing menu that will not disappoint. In doing so he will also openly share his passion for food and how bourbon can accentuate your dining experiences.
