Mex It Up! A Benefit for the ESO

Once per month, Mad Mex and the Big Burrito Restaurant Group host benefit events for non-profit organizations in the community.  The ESO has been selected as the beneficiary of one of these events and on Tuesday, March 20th, Mad Mex will donate 100% of the proceeds of this private dinner to the ESO! (The ESO will pay tax and gratuity). Per IRS regulations under the ESO 501(c)3 status, $40 of this contribution is tax deductible.

Casa Salad with choice of two dressings

Wings served with ranch, blue cheese and celery

Mad Mex Fajitas with margarita chicken or marinated portabella. Ready to roll with grilled onions and peppers, Mexican rice, sour cream, guacamole, pico de gallo, Monterey jack cheese, shredded lettuce, and warm flour tortillas

Dessert table featuring Sopapillas and Mexican Chocolate Brownies with hot fudge, honey, and powdered sugar

Dinner includes one 16oz Dos Equis draft or a 16oz House Margarita per person (must be 21 or older) and soft drinks
