Memorial Day Murph Challenge

Every Memorial Day, the CrossFit community honors service men and women who have died in combat. The Hero WOD "Murph" is done by CrossFit boxes across the country.

Join CrossFit War Streets and 3 Rivers CrossFit as they carry on the tradition with a “Murph” Challenge held at the Allegheny YMCA.
