Our season begins with a German program featuring J.S. Bach’s famous Wedding Cantata for soprano, oboe and strings; a stunning Passacaglia by his older cousin J.C. Bach; and a gorgeous aria by Philipp Heinrich Erlebach. With Pascale Beaudin (soprano), Geoffrey Burgess (baroque oboe) and a rich ensemble of strings, organ, and continuo.
