2017 MBA Parade of Homes

The Metropolitan Builders Association (MBA), invites you to the 2017 Parade of Homes, August 12 - September 4, 2017.  The MBA Parade of Homes is the longest running Parade in the country, showcasing the latest trends in design, technology, and innovative building practices. The 2017 MBA Parade will feature three subdivisions with a total of 22 fabulous new homes built by 18 of the MBA's top builder members.    

The 2017 MBA Parade of Homes opens August 12 and runs through Labor Day, September 4. Parade homes will be open to the public Mondays through Fridays from 4 pm - 8 pm and Saturdays, Sundays and Labor Day from 11 am - 5 pm.

The subdivisions featured in the 2017 Parade of Homes include:

• Four Winds West, Village of Hartland (Located at the intersection of North Ave./Four Winds Court*)


• Fox Meadow, Menomonee Falls (Located at the intersection of Pilgrim Rd./Fox Meadow Dr.*)


• Highlander Estates, Mequon (Located at the intersection of Hwy. 181 and Highlander Dr.*)
