Healthy You Fit Fest - Main Line Today, presented by Independence Blue Cross pop-up sessions

Burn Boot Camp, West Chester -  Elite trainers work with you one-on-one in a motivational group setting to help you achieve your goals. Our workouts target different muscle groups throughout the week, giving you the best results for your time. Burn workouts can be modified up or down, so our high-intensity strength and cardio workouts will push you no matter where you are in your fitness journey.

Masks may be required based on venue and activity. In addition, as state protocols and recommendations change, the event plan will be adjusted to ensure everyone’s safety.
