The Night Shift returns for the start of summer on July 5 as Scottish producer and Defected & Toolroom sensation KC Lights brings his euphoric house sound to Cobra! Known for his bright, uplifting melodies layered over deep, driving basslines, KC has established himself as one of electronic music's standout artists. He’s remixed some of music’s biggest stars including Ed Sheeran, Alicia Keys, and Paul Simon and his work has been championed by Carl Cox, MK, Calvin Harris, Camelphat, Moby, David Guetta, Skrillex, and Claptone, to name a few. Having played major stages from Creamfields to Ibiza's top venues, he arrives in Pittsburgh with the kind of peak-time energy that has made him a favorite among both crowds and fellow artists alike.
Getting the party started will be CMDR making his return to the Cobra booth and Scuba Steve making his Longturn debut in the direct support slot. We're super stoked to have the boy wonder here for some good vibes house music on a long weekend.
Consider this your standing invite. Clock into the weekend: Cobra Lounge, every Saturday.

Scottish DJ and electronic producer KC Lights is one of today’s most exciting artists, known for his irresistible sound that blends bright euphoric house and with deep bass lines lurking below hopeful melody lines. He’s a multi-instrumentalist whose creativity knows no bounds. He is also garnering popularity under the name of his alternate personality “6AM.” The alias allows him to break from the 4/4 128 belters to have the freedom to create some of the most beautiful euphoric versions of his original songs (and for some others) with more strings oriented and orchestral versions of the original songs. KC has toured the world's biggest stages including Creamfields, We Are FSTVL, ADE, The Warehouse Project, Ministry of Sound, Printworks, and is also a regular on the Ibiza circuit, performing in Amnesia, Hii, Pacha, and Eden. In addition to his smash singles like “Better Times”, “ Sky (Shining Bright), “Cold Light”, “Girl”, and “Daydreamer”, he’s remixed some of music’s biggest stars including Ed Sheeran, Alicia Keys, Marshmello and Paul Simon and his work has been championed by Carl Cox, MK, Calvin Harris, Camelphat, Moby, David Guetta, Skrillex, and Claptone, to name a few. 2025 promises to be another huge year for KC, as he’s announced a string of dates in the US and Ibiza along with plenty of new music!

Longturn Music welcomes everybody and has a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, unwelcome physical contact, or any brand of bigoted behavior. If anyone at a Longturn event is making you feel uncomfortable or unsafe, or if you witness anything of the sort, we encourage you to speak with the door staff or our team members. We’ll believe you, and we’ll help.
In the era when America's Rust Belt got its name, factory workers labored on a 12-hour day or night shift for two weeks straight. To switch shifts, one group would have to work 24-hours straight and cover the labor gap. This grueling shift became known as the Longturn.
Longturn music was founded to give people with day jobs a space to spend their second shift. No bottle service, no passwords, just a dance floor filled with good people and good music.
Come early, stay late, dance hard ⚒️
