Event Description
The Outdoor Learning Center (OLC) at Lake Metigoshe State Park is excited to host this camp as part of our summer series of OLC Day Camps, which focus on environmental education and outdoor recreational skills.
This Wet & Wild Camp will include fishing, wetland exploration and kayaking. The day will end at the beach with supervised time playing in the sand and swimming.
Registration for the summer series of OLC Day Camps opens May 10 at noon via https://bit.ly/LMSPShowClix. The cost is $40/participant per day; participants must be the described age at the time of camp.Participants can register for multiple camps within the summer series as different activities are planned for most camps. Participation is limited so it is highly suggestion to register promptly.
This camp starts at 9am; campers should be dropped off at the main office no earlier than 8:45am. Campers attending this camp are to be picked up at the LMSP beach at 4pm.
To maximize their experience campers should bring a backpack along with a water bottle, bug spray, sunscreen and swimwear for the beach. Snacks and lunch will be provided.
