Event Description

Come share your own stories of life, fun, and drama in gay and trans dance clubs and bars.

Clubs and bars have long been the beating heart of LGBTQ life, offering spaces of creativity, expression, community, love, excitement, and drama. These scenes change fast from one decade to the next, and our stories get lost from one generation to the next. Come share your own stories of the gay and trans dance clubs and bars of your youth. We'll share story-telling techniques, ways of passing on and recording stories, and listen to each other's stories of LGBTQ nightlife in decades past. Facilitated by Nico Fuentes and Ada Wilderman.
