Since the occupation of the West Bank and Gaza Strip in 1967, the Israeli military has imposed laws, established military courts, and developed a system of long-term jurisdiction by an occupying army that is unique in the world. This non-fiction film offers unprecedented testimonies from the military professionals who were the architects of the system. The director positions his seated interviewees at a table on a raised platform in front of a large green screen with projected archival footage of arrests and trials of Palestinian suspects.
