LABA in Atlanta

A Collaboration with LABA: A Laboratory for Jewish Culture

Developed by the 14th Street Y in 2007, LABA is a cutting-edge laboratory for Jewish culture, creating new art inspired by classic Jewish texts. Select directors, designers, musicians, painters, actors, and dancers will be in residence at the MJCCA for a three-week creation period, culminating in a series of public showcases. Ideal for all ages.

Birds Sing a Pretty Song layers dance, interactive media, live music and film giving a glimpse into a world of solitude, beauty and havoc, disrupting the character's lives.
