Roosevelt Red Velvet King Cake 2026

The Roosevelt New Orleans, A Waldorf Astoria Hotel is proud to unveil our 2026 Red Velvet King Cake. Made in house by Pastry Chef Kareena Dennis, the cake is a marriage of the celebrated legacies of the Waldorf Astoria brand and New Orleans Mardi Gras! Cakes are available in large (serves 18 people), are filled with red velvet cream cheese and dark chocolate chunks and topped with cream cheese frosting. 

King cakes are $39+ tax and may be ordered for pickup only. Please allow two (2) days advance notice for pickup orders. 

Orders will be available to pickup on your scechuled date in Teddy's Cafe from 9am untill Close (6:30 pm Monday - Thursday and 8pm Friday - Sunday)
