Join Kevin McDonald - everybody's third favorite Kid in the Hall, in a workshop and show! It is an eight hour workshop where Kevin teaches you the old Kid in the Hall process of writing sketches through improv. By the end of the workshop, you will not only understand a little better how to write through improvisation but you will have all written a scene that you will perform in that night in a real show. With a real audience. With the real Kevin McDonald (or someone that looks a lot like him).During the workshop, after Kevin teaches you the process and you do a few games and warm up scenes, Kevin will split you up into groups and each group will improvise a scene. Those scenes - no matter how bad or good they are - will be the scenes that you work on all day with Kevin. You will make them into fully formed sketches and perform them in a show that night. With Kevin McDonald! Your third favorite Beatle. Sorry - Kid in the Hall. George Harrison. Sorry - Kevin McDonald. And ! Kevin absolutely guarantees that every sketch will be a huge hit that night. (Kevin is lying. He can't guarantee that. Who could.) Come on down, it's a fun day and night - and Kevin promises to bore you with some Kids in the Hall stories (or maybe Beatles stories).

Includes a ticket to our 8pm Kevin McDonald Comedy Show. Refreshments will be provided throughout the day, and there will be a lunchbreak in the middle of the workshop (food not included).
