The biggest bash of the summer returns with our signature Independence Day celebration featuring an All-American dining experience with live music and a Stars & Stripes experience with outdoor family fun, sunset concert, and fireworks finale.

All-American Dining Experience

5:30 PM Seating | Grand Ballroom

A grand display of holiday favorites featuring smokehouse classics, Coney Island dogs, Holy Smoke wings, St. Louis cut ribs, seafood station serving locally caught fish, shrimp and oyster bar, festive desserts, deluxe open bar, and a children’s knee-high buffet. The experience is complete with live music by Nashville’s hottest duo Austin’s Rose, performing their most popular mix of contemporary country music. View Menu.

Stars & Stripes Experience

Outdoor family-friendly fun with water slide, bounce house, obstacle course, lawn games, and balloon and airbrush artists. Enjoy carnival-inspired fare, unlimited refreshments, deluxe open bar, and the Good Humor Ice Cream Truck.

The outdoor party will feature DJ Erik spinning live and South Florida’s high-energy band Private Stock performing classics to today’s hits. The evening concludes with a fireworks finale.

Reservations required. Reservation groups under 8 may be seated with other parties.
