JOY IKE: www.joyike.com

Born to Nigerian immigrants,  Joy Ike’s music, voice, and writing have drawn comparisons to female musicians such as Corinne Bailey Rae, Norah Jones, Regina Spektor, and Fiona Apple. But her percussive piano-playing and soaring vocals give homage to her African upbringing. Leaving her career as a publicist in 2008, Ike has since played hundreds of shows across the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Midwest. She has had the opportunity to share the stage and open for Jeffrey Gaines, Seth Glier, Cody Chestnutt, Butterfly Boucher, Allen Toussaint, Serena Ryder, and Tyrone Wells to name a few. A write-up on NPR's All Things Considered says "The depth of subjects she tackles in her poetic lyrics are perfectly complemented by a unique blend of neo-soul, with just the right dash of pop...a truly compelling act to watch in person, with the ability to create an intimate setting in locations big and small."

JD EICHER: www.jdeicher.com

JD Eicher is a Youngstown, OH-area born and bred singer-songwriter. With the May 2016 release of his new record, The Middle Distance, Eicher explores a new, more personal style of songwriting that builds on the foundation he developed in the past three albums with his band, JD Eicher & the Goodnights. Both intimate and expansive, the new music was produced in-house by Eicher at his home in Ohio.

His brand of soaring pop-rock has garnered favorable comparisons to Coldplay, Keane, The Script, The Killers, and Death Cab for Cutie. Alternative Addiction named his group one of the top 10 unsigned bands. Live, Eicher has shared billing with such diverse and respected artists as the Dave Matthews Band, Coldplay, Train, Maroon 5, The Fray, Hot Chelle Rae, Pete Yorn, Anberlin, Rod Stewart, Bryan Adams, Kelly Clarkson, Cartel, Sister Hazel, and Matt Nathanson, among many others.
