With the help of Yondr bags, we at the Comedy Store create phone-free spaces for artists and comedians.
What that means: Upon arrival at the venue, all phones and smart watches are placed in Yondr cases and will be unlocked at the end of the show. Guests maintain possession of these items at all times. Guests may also access their phones at any time only in the designated Phone Use Areas throughout the venue. All phones will be re-secured upon returning to the event space.
Anyone seen using a device during the performance in a non-designated area will be escorted out of the venue by security. We appreciate your cooperation in creating a phone-free viewing experience.

James Schrader
James Schrader is a San Diego-based comedian, actor, writer, and father known for his sharp wit and relatable humor. Schrader gained widespread recognition as the original face of Dr. Squatch Soap Co. commercials, appearing in campaigns that amassed over One Billion views and featured on the Super Bowl. He has performed on stages all over the country and continues to craft edgy, observational comedy about life, parenting, relationships, and modern manhood.
