Event Description

Join artists Alisha B. Wormsley and Renée Stout as they virtually discuss and share thoughts on their artistic practices during a special live-streamed In Conversation.

Renée Stout’s assemblage, “The Colonel’s Cabinet,” is part of the African American Art in the 20th Century exhibition. You’ll hear more about her painting, drawing, mixed media sculpture, photography and installation and how those works encourage self examination and introspection.

Alisha B. Wormsley is an interdisciplinary artist and cultural producer, living in Pittsburgh, whose work is about collective memory and the synchronicity of time, specifically through the stories of women of color.

Deadline to register is Monday, July 13 at 11:59pm.
