SHOW POLICY: Per the artist’s request, all ticketholders must provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or proof of a negative, lab-administered COVID-19 test within 72 hours of entry. Masks must be worn by all ticketholders regardless of vaccination status, except for when eating/drinking. No exceptions.

This policy is specific to this event only per the artists request. It’s not the venue’s ongoing policy and doesn’t necessarily apply to other upcoming events at The Lost Horizon. If you are unavailable to show proof of vaccination or provide a negative test, refund are available through the ticket company until Thursday, September 23rd at midnight.

​Proof of vaccination includes : Vaccination card, Excelsior pass or photo of vaccination card. Your ID must match the name on the card.
